When I first played around with the idea to climb Kilimanjaro, my main concern was my fitness. I decided to get in touch with Terry at to help me improve this. From the first session I knew that I was going to enjoy training. During my sessions I did a variety of exercises from high intensity interval training in my local area to strength training in the gym. Terry understood exactly what training I needed for me to complete my challenge. Terry was always on hand to answer my questions, and was very helpful when advising me what food I should be eating for maximum energy. The training programmes that I was following were very easy to follow and explained exactly what muscles were benefiting from my exercise. During my final month before taking on Kilimanjaro my exercise schedule became a lot more intense, but it's just what I needed. I found climbing Kilimanjaro to be an easy task and was often asked by the crew to be the pace setter. Not only did Terry help with my fitness but also gave me the confidence I was lacking. It was an all round enjoyable experience training, and am now deciding what challenge to take on next - with the help of Terr.

Terry helped me to lose weight for a skiing trip. Terry developed a training plan to incorporate exercises I'd been given by my physiotherapist. The holiday was a great success. Terry is now helping me get ready for my wedding! The 1-2-1 Personal Training sessions were great for me to confirm that I was doing my exercises correct, and also helped me build a great rapport with my trainer. It was also great that the Terry provided all of the equipment so I didn't have to worry!

Terry's Weight-loss plan is a great idea. Due to my busy lifestyle I am unable to commit to a particular time slot so I do my training randomly. I train when I have the time, so following the programme that Terry has done for me is a lot more convenient than scheduling in a regular Personal Trainer. The programme gives me the confidence to believe that what I’m doing actually works, and the results speak for themselves. I would often go to the gym and look at the equipment because I wasn’t sure what to do with it. Now when I go to the gym I can follow my programme, and know exactly what I’m doing. Oh, and Terry provides exactly what equipment I need, and give me advice at all times of the day!!

I have a busy lifestyle and don't often get the chance to train. When I do get the opportunity I like to make the most of my training and know that what I am doing isn't a waste of time. Terry is exactly what I needed. I have my programmes waiting for me when I go out into my garage, aka 'the gym', and I start following them from the warm up to the cool down. The one to one service that my Personal Trainer provides is first class and my questions are always answered within the day. I recently injured my shoulder and thought that i'd have to lay off the training, but Terry gave me an alternate programme to follow until my injury had healed. I couldn't recommend Terry' highly enough.

Fitness and exercise was always something that I did because I had to, and not because I wanted to! When I found out about StrongStart360 it gave me the drive and determination that I was needing. Terry makes my sessions fun and challenging and he explains everything that we do, and because Terry leaves me with my programme I am able to train on days when Terry doesn't visit. I've only been training with Terry for a couple of months due to relocating out of Nottingham, however, despite this, he has been flexible and enthusiastic to my fitness needs and very encouraging which has kick started my fitness plan rather than putting it off until I left. He has been thorough and methodical in what I wanted to achieve and how best to do this keeping the sessions varied so that I did not get bored. Not only was he motivating during the sessions, I also had support online in between to keep me focused. I did the 20 minute HIIT sessions due to time constraints but felt great for doing something and would throughly recommend Selfitness. If I were not leaving, I would definitely be carrying on!
